Delete your account

You delete your account from the Headsupp app, signed in, so we know the request really comes from you.

In the app

1. Open Headsupp and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your twin is paused at once. You have 7 days to change your mind by signing back in; after that we delete your account, twin, photos, voice, conversations and memories, and have ElevenLabs delete your cloned voice.

Only want to remove your twin?

Go to Settings → Pause or delete your twin. Its face, voice and clips are erased and your account stays.

Can’t sign in?

If you no longer have the phone number on your account, email [email protected] and we’ll help you get back in, so you can delete the account yourself.
