Get a copy of your data

You download your data from the Headsupp app, signed in, so it only ever goes to you.

In the app

1. Open Headsupp and go to Settings.
2. Tap Download my data.

You can do this once a day. The download includes your profile, your twin’s settings, your permissions, your own conversations, what twins remember about you, and your usage. The link works for 7 days. Conversations other people had with your twin are theirs and are not included.

Correct or limit your data

Edit your profile or your twin to correct your details. Change what you’ve allowed in Settings → Your permissions, and what a twin remembers about you from your chat with it.
